                                                                                     MONDAY

                           10:00 am to Noon
                              Creative Writing
              Coordinators:  Joan Charlebois  848-1267
                                           Basil Jesshope     848-8849

This is more like a workshop than a formalized teaching program.  In this class, participants bring forward many of the communication skills they have developed over the years and apply them to creating their own literary works.  Peer support, with constructive criticism, is an important element of this program.

Writing can take any form: prose, poetry, children's stories, autobiography, etc.  Writing is communication and the
objective of this program is to help you get your message
across.

                         1:00 to 3:00 pm
                                    BRIDGE
      Coordinators:    Mary "Dee" Hiley   848-9737

                                  KNITTING
      Coordinators:    Donalda Williamson  848-5135

For those who are interested in advancing their knitting skills.  Bring your own ideas and we will also bring some.  Open to all who knit.

Come on out and let's see if we can produce more "clicking" than the computer room!

                      3:30 to 5:30 pm
                       DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY

      Coordinator:    Terry Rowe   848-4747

This is a fun sharing-of-knowledge for people who want to get more from digital still cameras.  We will cover basic techniques and whatever YOU want to know.  Topics will include flash, portraits, landscapes and close-ups.  We will touch on some technical stuff (no mathematics required) such as shutter speeds, lighting, depth-of-field and more.
